Death

Those who read my previous post on Doomsday, might have for one moment thought about Death. If not in relation to Doomsday, you'd have in general thought of when and how will the Death come. Death, I believe has always been an interesting topic to discuss. No one knows what happens after death, where we go after death. Some people who have been through some near death experiences talk about what it feels like when dying and what it looks like being at the
verge of life and death. Some who survived a brush with death say they have seen a brigh light before them, and then they could see everything normally; but an addition being their own body - lying without life. They claim to have seen their physical body. If that was true, what form are they in? Have they become a soul, lacking a physical body; or have they become what we also call as spirits or ghosts? Or, was it just some kind of hallucination, or an act of the tricks played by the brain under extreme trauma?









Some of us believe the story, and some of us don't. May be, we need to experience to believe what lies on the other side of Death. You might think who'd want to do that? But, I feel that is an intersting journey, to check out what lies on the other side and also to see if that is a point of no return.

The lexicon meaning of 'Food for Thought' is 'anything that provides mental stimulus for thinking', 'intellectual nourishment' etc. But, recently I came across a website that made me think of another meaning for the same.
